Sweeping
Low Season: Includes free Intense glass clean or cctv inspection and Door seal test.

Intense Creosote treatment:
High strength chemical treatment applied with a compressor £150
CCTV Inspections:
£60 or £30 when used alongside a standard sweep for fault finding/nest removal/blockages, etc.
(Free add on in low season)
Nest/blockage removal:
From £100 includes: Power sweep and use of specialist equipment, CCTV inspection to ensure blockage is clear and labour up to 90 mins. £40ph thereafter.
Call out charge
£40 minimum charge for call out / pre booked appointment where work is unable to be carried out.
Servicing (add ons)
Price assumes all ready on site. Add £30 if appointment required.
Door seal: £30
Glass Seal: £20
Spigot/Collar reseal: £20 (cement/rope)
Intense glass clean: £20 (free add-on in low season)
Full Stove refurb: £250 (full strip down, respray, replace all seals) Low season only
CO (Carbon Dioxide) Alarm: £30

Roof Work (subject to suitable access):
In most cases roof work is added to a list for when time and weather allows
Smoke Soundness Testing: From £100
Involves accessing the roof and chimney terminal. Where safe access isn’t possible extra charges can be incurred.
Cowl fitting : £60
(awkward access may increase the cost).
Chimney Pot Fitting: £250 Labour
(Guide only may require additional access/scaffold)
Chimney Stack Pointing: POA
